Robe Lighting has introduced a new member of its LEDBeam family! We present to you the Robe LEDBeam 200 - a new generation of extremely fast and compact LED beam/wash moving head device that builds on everything that has made the LEDBeam series one of the most popular choices of rental companies, theaters, television studios and concert productions around the world for years. The new model brings a significantly more powerful LED engine, greater light intensity and richer color reproduction, while maintaining a low weight and compact dimensions.
Robe LEDBeam 200
Weighing just 6 kilograms and drawing a maximum of 330 W, the Robe LEDBeam 200 delivers an impressive 25,000 lux at a distance of 5 meters, with a highly efficient motorized optical zoom system with a 15.5:1 ratio, allowing the beam angle to be changed from a narrow 3.8° to a wide 60°. With such a zoom range, this device can create very precise narrow beam effects or evenly illuminate large areas as a wash device. At the heart of the LEDBeam 200 is a 7 x 55 W RGBL multichip LED source that provides exceptionally uniform illumination and rich color reproduction.
RGBL technology for more natural colors and better white light
Robe LEDBeam 200 uses RGBL and CMY color mixing modes, which allows for more natural shades and higher color saturation, while the variable white color temperature brings CCT from 1,800 K to 10,000 K. With a CRI of up to 86, the LEDBeam 200 provides very high-quality color reproduction, while the built-in DataSwatch™ library contains 66 predefined colors and tones, including the most commonly used white light temperatures such as 2,700 K, 3,200 K, 4,200 K, 5,600 K and 8,000 K.
For theater and stage applications, an advanced Tungsten Emulation function is also available that faithfully simulates the behavior of classic halogen sources.
Professional effects for modern productions
Robe LEDBeam 200 is equipped with technologies that allow light designers even greater creative freedom. L3™ Low Light Linearity provides 18-bit dimming with almost imperceptible transitions to total darkness, while Cpulse™ technology eliminates flicker when working with HD, UHD, 8K and even 16K cameras, making it an ideal choice for television productions. Also included is ScreenPix™, Robe's patented technology that enables RGB control of the device's display, turning it into an additional visual element. Pre-programmed random strobe and pulse effects further expand the possibilities of creating dynamic scenes.
With ultra-fast pan (450°) and tilt (228°) movements, as well as the ability to control the speed of movement and automatic position correction, the Robe LedBeam 200 represents the perfect combination of compactness, speed and powerful output. Thanks to its wide zoom range, superb color reproduction, professional effects and extremely low weight, it will perform equally well in concert and production applications, as well as in television studios and theaters.
